Oettel Maschinen GmbH - Bag in Box - Filling Machine “Eurofiller”

The Eurofiller filling machine is ideally suited to low production levels and can be used for filling bags with all sorts of liquids.
After the bag plug has been manually placed in the holder and the machine is started, the bag is automatically opened, filled, resealed and ready for packaging.
The machine can be switched to another bag type in minutes. This requires only the conveyor height to be adjusted and the fill quantity set to the appropriate level.
The machine is designed to be quickly converted to a different sealing system just by changing the appropriate tools (special attachments). In addition to the production programme, the machine has a separate cleaning program (CIP). The included adapter allows the machine to be connected to the proper power supply.
All product handling parts are made from stainless steel or food-resistant materials.
Machine stands, panelling and filling chamber parts are made from stainless steel or rustproof materials.
The electronic controls and pneumatic valves are housed in a spacious control cabinet.
