Every three years INTERVITIS INTERFRUCTA opens its gates as the international technology trade fair for wine, fruit, fruit juice and spirits. A combination of a trade show, congress and venue for machine demonstrations, it is regarded as the leading international trade fair in this sector.
From 24.th to 27.th of April 2013 Oettel Maschinen GmbH is going to show the full automatic filling machine A 4001 at Intervitis Interfructa in Stuttgart and you can admire our machine in Hall 7 fair stand 7D42.
Our filling machine A4001 can fill endless bags with nearly all liquids. It is a robust stainless steel construction with high-quality equipment components (e.g. Siemens, Festo). A good operability and maintenance friendly design are allowing good accessibility. Pre-settable program modes (CIP, forward running, production, maintenance) and exact machine settings e.g. via precise hand wheels.
High operational availability through precise component processing.
All product handling parts are made from stainless steel or food-resistant materials.
Machine stands, panelling and filling chamber parts are made from stainless steel or rustproof materials.
Via modem we can maintain the A4001 remote.
Further we offer our semi-automatic filling machine model “Eurofiller” for individual bags. This machine is ideally suited to low production levels and can be used for filling bags with all sorts of liquids. After the bag plug has been manually placed in the holder and the machine is started, the bag is automatically opened, filled, resealed and ready for packaging. The machine Eurofiller can be switched to another bag type within minutes. This requires only the conveyor height to be adjusted and the fill quantity set to the appropriate level. The machine is designed to be quickly converted to a different sealing system just by changing the appropriate tools (special attachments).
In addition to the production programme, the machine has a separate cleaning program (CIP).

Water and sanitation are a human right!
Water is a public good, not a commodity. We invite the European Commission to propose legislation implementing the human right to water and sanitation as recognised by the United Nations, and promoting the provision of water and sanitation as essential public services for all. The EU legislation should require governments to ensure and to provide all citizens with sufficient and clean drinking water and sanitation. We urge that:
- The EU institutions and Member States be obliged to ensure that all inhabitants enjoy the right to water and sanitation.
- Water supply and management of water resources not be subject to ‘internal market rules’ and that water services are excluded from liberalisation.
- The EU increases its efforts to achieve universal access to water and sanitation.
